Montverde Sewer Project – Town Council Special Meeting – Tuesday August 6, 2024 RECAP
Council identified that the property with the well/water tower is the only suitable site for a sewer/waste water facility large enough for the town.
Council voted to STOP Eminent domain on property with the well/water tower in favor of exploring options to hook up to Bella Colina if agreeable OR pursue grants to convert all septics to enhanced spetic systems which meet the state standards.
