Some neighbors have received Registered mail about this, others in the development, myself included, did not. I want to make you aware since OUR town may not have. This is back in front of the town AGAIN for a poposed zoning change.
They want to change the Property just next to the Pines from Agricultural to Residental so that they can add 200+ homes just a short distance next to us across the street.
This was already denied by the town but a new application has been made and will be brought before the town. 2 meeting/vote dates.
